Sessions led by a team of Community Dharma Leaders, mindfulness teachers and Order Members in the Community of Interbeing from London.

photo of Chuey Loh
Chuey Loh was born in Malaysia. She trained with the Karuna Institute  and has been practising as a psychotherapist in London for 20 years. She runs a sitting/mindfulness discussion group called ‘Being-in-Relationship’ and is also researching into aspects of mindfulness and psychotherapy in her doctoral studies with the University of Exeter.

Esther Slattery was born in East Africa and practises insight meditation.  She trained as a mindfulness teacher with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford,  and runs mindfulness groups for people with recurrent depression in the NHS. Her main interests are inclusivity, making mindfulness accessible to all communities, and the use of mindfulness to promote wellness.

James Blake was born in Torquay.  He is a Community Dharma Leader (CDL) and is the convenor of these sessions. He was director of London Insight Meditation in 2011-14.

Rehena Harilall was born in Durban, South Africa, and is an order member of the Community of Interbeing. She practises in the Plum Village and insight traditions, and has been facilitating groups for over 10 years. She speaks from her own experience of transforming her suffering and the racial healing she is undertaking.
